Its not like someone at Fox called him a tool and he said nope we are leaving Fox networks, see ya. Its a TUF finale at the Palms, doing it at another casino isnt a big deal. I still don't buy it.

If you think Dana broke the Palms you are as delusional as those in the story who believe Walt White played blackjack to buy a carwash.

Whales bust casinos.

Dana White is a big fish but he is not personally a whale.

The UFC is big, the Fertittas are big but Dana White on his own didn't bust them out while slanging chips to passerby in a tipping spree.

I believe they cut his credit as they have with MANY.

I believe he took this personally and took the UFC out.

I think when the commissioners come into play it's far more subtle, i.e. if a city can't find financing for a new/remodeled stadium the commissioners do some under the table dealings to get the other owners to approve a franchise's move...

It probably was a great move for the UFC to change casinos since they were likely highly sought after and signed a great new deal. Dana's credit being slashed was just a catalyst for this beneficial change. You have ignored this user.

I can absolutely believe that this happened with the Palms, but the UG Blog is going with CindyO as its news source. At least the title of the thread isn't "DFW kicks casino's ass again"

Great fucking story UG Blog, way to used unbiased sources and write objectively. I guess the representatives at the Palms were busy when you contacted them regarding CindyO's CLAIMS.

Small story. I was a Planet Hollywood with a buddy playing blackjack. We had been goin for maybe 2hrs and were up about a grand a piece. Rest of table were doin good too. After a while, one of the pit bosses came over and said the bet min was raising to $20/hand, and he brought in a different dealer. We cashed in and left.

The thing about whales is that he is that they usually come in and out of town (and far more often BOOST casinos with their spending instead of breaking them). Dana White is someone who actually lives in Las Vegas and goes out gambling all the time.

He routinely loses big and when he wins big, he spreads his money to the staff in a way that's unfathomable to a working stiff like me. For a $10,000 tip I would let Cheick Kongo practice muay thai combinations to my balls.

What's more he bought UFC events there, when on live TV there's little difference to viewers between the Hard Rock or the Palms. He did it mainly because he preferred working with the Palms, not because there was a major advantage between one or the other.

Magliarditi is a fucking idiot. It doesn't matter if Dana White won huge a few times or if they were just cutting credit limits to everyone, that was incredibly stupid to disrespect a VIP customer and regular business partner.

Now I don't agree with everything Dana White says or does but it was completely appropriately that he responded to this bullshit LIKE A BOSS.

very unethical... If im an investor like (abu dhabi/flash entertainment) id be pissed off. or any potential investor would be highly cautious doing business with this douche bag. decisions should be made based on what benefits the UFC/Zuffa not dana white.

You bet small like $50 then but 75 then 100 and double the bet 200 400 800 1600 and keep doubling the bet .... they don't like to see that as it cuts down on the vig , or odds of the game.
