I was sparring a smaller guy once and he did a sacrafice (fell back, put foot in my belly and tried to let me go straight over him) and I landed on the top of my head. Almost went out, but not quite. I was very new at the time. I managed to go back to his guard and I was so mad I rape choked him. Lmao my instructor was from Honduras, so he was bad at explaining rules (we had none. 1993 or so) . After he tapped to large hands on his adams apple, we stood and restarted. I was going on anger still. Threw a 100% kick to his ribs. He tucked his elbow ....just tight enough....that I broke my big toe on it.

Oh gosh the old days...........

Very true. In my younger days, I managed to suplay/suplex guys I could barely dead-lift by bridging while lifting them.
