I guess we gotta remember back when Sokodjou shocked the world two straight in pretty similar fashion. Not saying Hendricks is gonna fizzle out like that,but who knows? |

EatMyRashGuard - You didn't. Just a dumb and random comparison. That is all. Well for some reason I thought Hendricks last two fights were Kampmann and Fitch.I forgot about Koschek in between. My point was that Sokodjou,like Hendricks,knocked out two top ten fighters in quick and spectacular fashion,and we all started to think he was the next big thing,but then hedidnt do so well after that,and that might happen to Hendricks too. Wow,what a TERRIBLE and confusing point I was trying to make. Sorry for everything. Matter of fact I should at least be frozen for this. |

Sokoudjou was 2-1 coming off a loss when he fought in Pride. Johny Hendricks is 9-1 in the UFC and 14-1 overall with wins over Martin Kampmann, Josh Koscheck, Jon Fitch, Mike Pierce, etc. I'd say he's clearly proven not to be some fluke. Also, the Fitch and Kampmann KO's weren't even back to back. |
