Good for him.

I just hope he starts fighting more frequently. Duffee hasn't fought more than twice in a year since his first year as a pro. Prior to making it to the UFC, he fougth five times in 20 months (every four months). Since then, he has fought four times in 48 months (once a year). Since losing to Overeem on NYE 2010, he's fought once in the last 23 months. Big fella needs to get busy.

You think about it and Russow never remotely got close to taking Duffee down, so I can't picture De Fries getting close and being able to use his jits. IMO a much tougher fight for De Fries.
