Could be a broken finger... but could also be a side effect of AIDS-related diabetes (partially due to insulin abuse when he was juicing). I will also assume that those are AIDS related skin sores and not a result of him picking at himself due to amphetamine abuse. Whatever is happening to him... it's fucking SAD. Damn. |
