I want a new PC. Anyone see any good deals as of late. I don't wanna build one but would prefer to buy one with a warranty for a change. Phone Post

You guys are the best! I was wondering if I should ask for help here or not. Boy, am I glad I did. I have decided to piece one together instead. That beauty above is out of my price range. Phone Post

These threads always end up with people telling you to build your own. Even though you plainly stated you do not want to build one.

There's nothing wrong with building one yourself, but it can often lead to frustration after getting DOA parts. Or piecing it together and and it not working, then trying to figure out if you did something wrong or if their is a bad part or whatever. Phone Post

Buy an iMac, they are the best money can buy. Remember to buy the most expensive one with ground breaking technology from the year 2010.

-Retards

(seriously build your own, or if you hate money buy Alienware's etc. super expensive prebuilt gaming PC)

It is Black friday this week. I am sure you could find a great deal on a system or the parts to build one.

what's your price range?  do you need monitor, keyboard, mouse?  do you care what brand of processor or video card?

I have a saber tooth 990 fx motherboard. Just ordered 16 gigs of 1866 ram. Now I need a video card upgrade that is pcie 16x 2.0. Also a SSD drive would be nice. My processor is AMD FX 4 that has 4 cores. So a Video card recommended and a SSD would be appreciated.

I would like a six core processor but might hold off on that. Phone Post

I'm pretty fuckin oblivious when it comes to tech, so how much does a 'gaming' pc cost if you build vs buy? And I'm guessing the performance is good for all tasks an not just gaming? Phone Post

Check newegg.com or microcenter.com for barebones system.

i5+ CPU
8+gb ram
400+w PSU

You will have to more then likely build some of it though. At least when price is involved.

Video card ( http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107.html )
SSD drive + normal HD ( cheap now with blackfriday/holiday sales )

Check the toms hardware link i posted for vid cards.
Right now I am running a HD 6850 and have no problem on any game out there. For instance I am getting 60fps average on hitman absolution which just released this week.
