Can't say I like this fight, I don't think Gomi is really ready for it. I'd prefer he fight a lower tier striker in their return to Japan, someone like Jeremy Stephens.

If Diego chooses to strike with Gomi, he is going to end up KTFO. Gomi via KO.

I don't really like this fight tbh, i think diego takes it quite easily via top control, and probable finish. |

Sal Penis - If Diego chooses to strike with Gomi, he is going to end up KTFO. That doesnt hold water anymore. We just saw Mac Danzig choosing to strike with Gomi and hardly got KTFO. In fact, Danzig arguably beat Gomi. Diego is a horrible match up for Gomi. Constant td pressure, cardio for days, very aggressive ground game and good chin to boot. It would have been perfect if Gomi got the KTFO over Danzig in the 3rd round after getting all hyped but the chance passed and he was a bit lucky to get the nod. He at least showed some renewed energy but he could barely get passed a Mac Danzig. He should be calling it a night very soon. |

PoundFoolish -What else would you call him? He is primarily a power puncher and not really a highly skilled striker.stevia's sex slave - Can't say I like this fight, I don't think Gomi is really ready for it. As I may have said before, Gomi is my fav fighter of all time but Diego will bury him with pressure in Round 2 |

I think Gomi will take this if he can stop the takedowns. |

Kveletak - Diego via lay&pray or Gomi via savage KO! So Guida, Florian, and Nate can all submit Gomi with ease, but Diego has to lay and pray him? What fight has Diego ever layed and prayed in? |

Should be a great fight if confirmed. I'm leaning toward Diego due to his cardio and being downright relentless. But since it will be in Japan, Gomi has a better chance than if this was in the States. Still going with Diego if he gets over the jet lag. |

At 155, I'm going with Gomi by sprawl-and-brawl TKO or 29-28. |

The fight is in Japan. No jetlagged Gomi. Youre getting an in shape Gomi with renewed passion and levels better boxing than anti-fighting Diego. Gomi via KO. Yoi heard it here first bozos.

Diego will be the one with JETLAG. He's also gna have a tough time getting to 155 again.
