Unless it's against Cyborg, this one won't do a buy rate even as good as Barao-Faber.

Remember when $kala melted down as Kimbo was being beaten by Petruzelli?

We will enjoy this scene as Dana does the same when his chick gets beaten.

If Dana were giving women a shot in the UFC, I'd toss Susan B. Anthony off the coin in favor of BLAF and tell Susan B. Komen to create a new ribbon for those women who support breast cancer awareness and believe Dana is awesome.

But it's not so.

Dana isn't giving women a shot.

He is pushing Rousey so hard there would be a Dana White footprint on her ass like Bigfoot Silva's back tattoo if ever she did another ESPN the body issue.

Rousey is talented but you cannot force her on the public and expect them to react like she is Brock Lesnar in female form because she talks smack and looks more fuckable than average female fighters.

I've seen some great fucking fights between women. How could you not want to see Ronda fight in the UFC?

Yes, I'm a huge fan, but a WMMA fight should never headline a UFC PPV card. That's a fact. If they want to use it to headline the undercard on FX or a Fuel TV card, more power to them, but it automatically takes a Pay per view down a view notches.

I haven't paid for ufc ppv in years but I will purchase one with ronda on it in support

talks of ronda headlining ppv though make me kind of nervous, seems like too much too fast, they should treat it as men's flyweight championship and put it as co-main event on ppv or on free cards, may be it's just talk and rumors

whatever they do I hope it's a huge success

This is like the recent election. The people with the most poorly formed opinions speak up the loudest. It only seems like there will be trouble because of the loud, irrational weirdness of the few dissenters. Then when it comes to game time...well, you know the rest.

Also, the people complaining are sore that Rhonda can beat the shit out of them and take their lunch money. That whole women should be in the kitchen crowd would be. arm barred into the living death. Girl you know it's true. Phone Post

She's trained judo since she was a kid, won lots of titles, won an Olympic medal, won all her amateur fights and is 6-0 in professional fights......what makes you think she hasn't paid her dues? That's a better resume than lots of the male fighters who have participated in the UFC.

The problem is that there simply aren't enough talented women MMA fighters.

Rousey already beat Tate and Kaufmann which leaves Coenen, Cyborg, Fujii, Gurgel and McMann as the only potential contenders. As much as I like these fighters, none except Cyborg or McMann would be expected to last more than one round against Rousey.

Simply impossible to build a division (in the UFC) around one person or even three people; bantamweight and flyweight have already demonstrated the results. Phone Post
