Under other circumstances, would they still carry on? No doubt it's smart to heall up, but given that SF will go under after this, I can't see where these guy are that stoked to fight on that card when the UFC is in the waiting for most of them. I can't say that I blame them.

They fight on the SF show and get injured, they're maybe out 6 months. They pull out now and can maybe fight in the UFC in February/March.

The extra money from sponsors alone would probably make it worth it.

I don't blame them either. Just crazy how their last two events get cancelled because of injuries and then it's supposed to be the epic Night of Champions send off, and two of the champs have already pulled out. It's a sad way to see Strikeforce go out and it tells you how meaningless these belts are to these fighters. I can't wait till this shit is over with. Phone Post
