I'm in the minority I bet, but I don't get a sense of how good a guy is by a quick knockout that happens when both guys are cold and feeling each other out.

I don't think that fight would tell you anything about Hendricks chances against GSP. It's pretty obvious that GSP is much more skilled and well rounded, and Hendricks hits a lot harder.

The most interesting thing about the style matchup is Hendricks is a south paw. I'm not aware of GSP ever fighting one, at least not since he was fighting the top guys.

Would the southpaw stance allow him to defend single legs against GSP, or help him land a big left hand? Hard to say, but it probably just comes down to Hendricks power vs GSP's skills Phone Post
