i know it proba bly fluctuates from day to day but surely there is something consistent in there..for me, my pre-workout mood is one of 'alright, lets get in there and get this over with'....my post workout mood is one of 'alright now im tired and chilled out, i need a few hours to just recoup'.....when i was younger i was always wanting to get in there and crush the weights, hyper enthused to get stronger etc etc....plus, post workout id always feel great and energized....i guess age catches up to everyone...? |

A combo of Dizz and AKO's, depending on post workout activities. |

pre workout varies depending on how much sleep I had the night before, post workout my mood is usually pretty good with the exception being whenever my traps get a really good workout. I usually get very irritable for some reason when I get a good trap workout. can't explain it. |

Leigh -ArthurKnoqOut - I set myself up for that one. haha in all seriousness though ( I forgot to include a serious reply earlier) it depends on the work out. If it's strength work I am not as "Worried" but if it's conditioning stuff, sprints, ballistic or even LSD (althought to a MUCH lesser degree) I am really dreading it but still give it my all. But when it's strength it's sort of like "yay getting stronger". |

Can anyone on here shed some light into irritability post workout? Shouldn't you be at least somewhat euphoric because of the endorphin release? Why could a certain sort of workout consistently make you irritable? |
