buddy of mine taking pic, (Army) , with his capt Chu waiting for the stock to boil. they bring out a ton of veggies and meat. Asian Capt was ranger tab, fighting the tears and snot from the spicy stock. That was a couple years ago, and we still won't let him live it down

I always brine and butterfly those cunts. I like to use crappy beer left over from parties as the base. 1/4 cup kosher salt & sugar, hand full of garlic in the blender with a quart of Coor's light. I put together a little cooker with a Smokey Joe and a tamale pot. It's good for something small.

Buzzing your kosher or sea salt in a coffee grinder first will also save you lots of dissolving time at the stove. |
