Great work from Steve, Killacox and Nickman. Killacox you should defo get back into it that Predator is very cool. Steve that Swamp thing is looking good, you're starting to get more depth in your linework. Bogle1 for me personally It's taken all my life and four years at University where you just have time to teach yourself because they wont teach you technique. I use other artists influences and you tube tutorials and resources like Conceptart.org or digital webbing. Life drawing and still life helps and just a lot of practice. I do something everyday. You can learn to do any of this but it will take time and practice. If you want to share some work I or one of the others can try and help with technical aspects or point you in the direction of artists to look at. |

RDUK, Thank you for the Spaceboy vs Superman sketch you did earlier. Don't think I saw this yet, but if you feel inspired to sketch something different, how about The Kraken beating Batman? Kraken is also from Dark Horse's Umbrella Academy as is Spaceboy. TIA! ~sg |

Killacox you drew Changos wife? Good breastage work :) Stick I am having a crack at childrens book illustration at the moment but I will have a go at that once I get a spare minute. Will have to do a sketch challenge of some kind again too. |

RedDragonUK - Steve you gotta try superheroes in oil. Your portrait is very strong. Thanks. There's a bit of distortion in that image from the angle of the camera, but I do really like how it turned out. I'd love to do some superhero stuff in oils. If I can get the time to mess around with them again in the near future, perhaps I will. |
