Chris27 - I hope so, you can never have enough top level HW, especially ones who can hype a fight, is known in Japan and will come to fight hard each and every time.

as long as he isnt fucking around with PED and he passes all tests including the one he will take for the last SF show it should be good.

Money is gonna be the issue, I dont think Dana's issue will keep him out because Lorenzo would have the final say, its gonna come down to money. He is gonna want alot, most likely 150 to 200k per fight, he makes 150k flat now but we dont know if he is getting some sort of bonus behind the scenes.

Lorenzo runs the UFC.. You are dead on.

If Lorenzo can't stand letting a top 5 heavy go, then we all get to see Barnett/Mir/JDS/..

Based on his comments they must be talking.

i feel like he's a brutal match up for JR.

I believe Josh is more well rounded. He has the size and experience, to challenge JDS, but, he lacks the athleticism and power to be a true threat. With that being said, I hope you're right, I'm a huge Josh Barnett fan.

He has the power, i think he he may lack the speed if JDS runs and jabs.

Think about this, Barnett KO'd Rizzo and had nog almost collapsed, yet his hands are easily his 2nd weapon to the submissions.

That's why he's so dangerous.

He's a worse matchup for Cain though IMO. You have ignored this user.
