Bendo Gustaffson Rory (unfortunately) Quite honestly, this is a fairy easy fight to parlay two up n comers against guys past their prime. In the case of Penn, it may be more a case of being unable to deal with the superior size, strength and cardio. In the case of Shogun, the lack of mobility and poor striking defense will be his downfall. I feel bendo is going to be back in a big way. He will be in imminent trouble of aa sub at some point but will prevail. Using great grappling, takedowns, movement, kicks, and aggressiveness he will come out on top. Its either that or we will see him unconscious or with a broken limb.. hopefully the former |

Pork shoulder just went in Smoker ( 6 am ) and will be ready just in time for the mains at 5.... So stoked the pre's are at 2 and on TV! Thanks uncle Dana, you got a pulled pork Sammy waiting for u in the 805 anytime you want!
