KingOfFighters -I remember reading an article about a year ago where one of Floyd's old sparring partners said that Floyd wanted to wait until Manny slowed down and the he'd fight him.Leck Brosnar - Even after this, Floyd will not want any part of Pacman. He'll fight some mandatory challenger that'll basically be a joke of a fight at this point in his career, no disrespect to the opponent.Manny never had shit for floyd, woulda been.embarassed even worse than.planking Kind of like what Sugar Ray did to Hagler. I don't know how much of it, if any is true, but the Manny of 3-4 years ago was capable of beating Floyd IMO. I always thought Floyd was by far the better boxer and he's a lot tougher then people give him credit for but Manny's speed was unnatural (pun kind of intended)! I don't think Floyd or any fighter in the world could deal with it but maybe that's why he refused the test. The sad thing is that when this fight does happen (I think it will next year), and when Floyd wins, he still won't get the credit he deserves because he never fought Pac in his prime.

that's a tough choice, my top 3 are Rios-Alvarado Salido-Lopez 2 Maidana-Soto Karass but this Pacquiao-JMM exceeded my expectations, and isn't too far from the top 3. |

Has there been any updates on Floyd yet? I hope he doesn't fight Guerrero. I'd like to see him against Canelo or even a rematch with JMM. They could sell the shit out of that fight now and it would prove to a lot of people that Floyd is undoubtedly the P4P best.

Even though im on the Pac side, i felt happy for JMM for winning in such dramatic, epic fashion aftter 4 fights. I think if he got busted, even though Im a Pac fan, i just wouldnt want that to happen, him getting busted. Would be so bad for the sport and would really tarnish JMM and the rivalry even. As far as the accusations, i feel that accusations are only accusations until proven. However, i also think that considering the circumstances of the 39 year old guy looking as buff as he's ever looked and with the trainer known of have supplied the peds, the speculation was a given. |
