I tryed so hard to be the social butterfly and meet everyone but I couldnt crawl over the seats any better than I did. lol

I wish I could have met all of you fuckers!

Im thinking we do this july 4th weekend.. Im down.. lets do it

Oh and I think it was rummy that Dan was talking about.. he was buying everyone drinks and the bartender threw him out of line orr something.. we were all together.. dan, tiffany, pennviachoke, leghound, and one of dan's stalker.. lol acually wasnt a stalker but someone a few rows up with the twitter name poopy unicorn messing with him on twitter

That bartender was horrible. I was trying to buy a round for the group up by the bar which came out to 7 drinks including 2 beers for the guy standing next to me.

When it was my turn the bartender said I could only buy 2 drinks. I pointed out everyone and said we are all right within about 3 feet of the bar and she said that wouldn't work and would only give the beers to the guy next to me and a drink for Rick and his friend (sorry, can't remember your name).

I understand that people have to work within the rules set by their employer so I paid and tried to wait until my turn came around again. I have a lot of friends in the service industry so I try to be nice to bartenders because: 1. lots of times they have to deal with drunk jerks; and 2. it's always good to tip a bit more early with the hope that things may go a little more smoothly later on. That clearly did not work in this case as she looked at me and said, "Leave. You're done for a while." Ha, I couldn't believe it. .

My recollection is that Daniel came back a few minutes later and said that she wouldn't serve him because he hadn't "waited long enough." That's a great way to develop a relationship with your customers. It's not like the bartenders were overwhelmed either the reason it took so long is that the older one was painfully slow.

Regardless, that was a small negative on an otherwise great day/night. It was cool to meet everyone and fun to watch the fights with not a yahoo in the section.

Also, thanks to the UGer at the end of row 21 (maybe seat 22) that bought me a beer, it was much appreciated.

Finally thanks to Matt, Rick, Saucy, Cindy O, Geek, 12to6, Dana, and everyone else who put in a bunch of effort to make that happen.

Big EP - WHAT'S UP BITCHES!!!!?!? I have a 3 hour layover in Phoenix so I have some time to UG. Awesome kick ass "Cool Story Bro" weekend! Had a great time with EVERYONE! I can't wait for us and other UG'ers to do this again (I believe Vegas, July 4th)! I do have a pic of "ThePete" PASSED THE FUCK OUT during the fights (will post later) and thankfully those dudes didn't get kicked out for throwing up in their seats! FUCKING UG'ERS!

I got pics with Scott Jorgensen, Joe Proctor, Joe Lauzon at the airport, met Richard Perez (Diaz boxing coach), Danny Castillo and Urijah Faber but didn't get a pic. Sorry guys. Awesome experience!

This might have been the guy sitting next to my friend Robert. We were in row 18. We get there right as the 1st fight is going on and these guys were already TANKED... two or three fights into the prelims the guy right next to us is passing out in his seat.

Somehow we missed him puking into his cup (we must have been on a beer run). Anyway, during the second or third fight he leaves, and is gone for 3-4 hours of the show. We notice the puke in the beer cup, cause it start stinking. This somehow gets spilled later during the show (not sure how) as we got back from another beer/hot dog run to find this frothy concoction all over the floor... :P

We figured the puke cup guys was done for the night, but he finally rolls back in right as the main card is starting. By then he was sobered up. Said something about going back to his hotel to sleep it off and then he went and ate Thai food and came back... no idea what puke-cup guy's name was...

I had a great time at the event even though I couldn't make it for the Dana meet and greet.
Thank you to all involved esp Saucy, Rickstorm and Geek. Amazing job!
I was wondering if anyone else went to visit Bruce Lee's grave site from our group. We went on Sunday and I'm really glad I did. There was a plastic media pass for UFC 5 on Fox placed there which I thought was really touching along with many other personal mementos. Very moving experience.
