My 2 pieces of advice from the other thread.

1. Get an iPad mini.
2. Fabrik is a great app for the Nexus 7, it is an e-reader that lets you connect to and download from Dropbox. Perfect for the OG Kindle Klub. Phone Post

I don't give two shits about reading so I don't have use for a kindle or ereader etc. And I won't get an iPad mini because I prefer android os.

Thanks though Phone Post

Half the price and twice the customization capability than an ipad mini so that's why it wins in my book. Will wait to see the next iteration of the mini anyways Phone Post

iPad mini is shit compared to the Nexus 7.

iOS store is superior to Google Play though. Not by as much as Apple fans would want you to believe. If you use your tablet for Gaming iOS store is far and away the better selection. Otherwise its basically a wash.

You made a good choice fren.

Reading this on my nexus 7. Just travelled 12 hours from London to NYC and read a book, a magazine and now about to watch Netflix.

Love it. Awesome screen, rock solid and really nice to use. Phone Post

Two different styles. A 7 versus a 10inch. The nexus is better because its pure Google. I myself got the nexus 10 32gb as its nice as well and it was a $100 off. Otherwise I'd have gotten the nexus 7 32gb. Its better then a lot of the other android tabs in the size range, especially the galaxy tab 2 7 Phone Post

Its an awesome tablet. Very quick. Check out the android app thread on here. You probably want to get synced up with Google music so you can access music anywhere with wi fi.

Just takes a couple weeks to get used to it. Use it for videos, some games, music, comics or reading (if you want to pick it up), but mostly for browsing for porn. Haha, I say give it a shot. Its one of the better tablets. Any question, let me know

Mx player will play nearly all videos if you transfer or download them to tablet. You are having an issue with flash though. Only option is to get a work around and install flash (kind of a pain) or to purchase an internet browser app that supports flash. That'd b in the play store.

That is the one major downside of a tablet. It pisses me off to no end. Btw, I'd recommend testing all browsers on your tablet. I've found most get different results. The ones I'd most recommend are chrome and dolphin though

On my s3 I can watch the bids off MTV but I know I downloaded flash, not sure I remember how but I got it done

I tried chrome, dolphin and Firefox. No luck

Any idea how to get flash on my nexus 7 or perhaps recommend a browser that I can pay for that'll hook it up? Phone Post
