Masakyst - Burying your guns is a great idea, because there is no possible way that any federal agents would think about searching your property with a metal detector.

Unless you go the Pirate route, drawing out coded maps... "ok, fifty yards east from the point where the setting sun meets the mountaintop, we should see a skull shaped rock, my AR-15's should be buried right behind it!"

Well first off the Fed Gov't getting so motivated to take people's guns that they'd send agents out to millions of properties with metal detectors is kind of silly.

And even if that silly scenario did happen it's not like you can set a metal detector to just find guns. You'd have an awful lot of time/money wasted by agents digging up random metal in the ground. You ever see someone actually use a metal detector...the majority of the stuff they come up with is just random junk.

Secondly who says you'd have to bury it in your property. I could just as easily bury them at my brother's or a friends where they don't have any guns registered. Or are your federal agents going to take the metal detectors to all known friends/families properties as well?

First off, you idiots bragging about how you would DIE before giving up your guns, don't know what the fuck you are talking about. Thats the type of macho bullshit you hear boots say, then they start crying and freeze up when bullets are fired at em.

Second, IF the government decided to ban all firearms (which is about as likely to happen as them forcing you to take the mark of the beast), they arent going to just start going door to door. They will catch you driving around some time, pull you over for making an illegal lane change, ask you to step out of the vehicle and have a seat in their patrol car, then they will search your car. They will find that handgun you try to hide under your seat, in your glovebox, where ever. They will arrest you on a minor possession of a fire arm charge, and then go to your house with a warrant and take the rest of your weapons. This process will happen over and over again nationwide until buying a gun is like buying a gun sized brick of cocaine. (Go try that. Let us know how it works out for ya.)

Your dreams of going down in a blaze of glory while Kid Rock music plays in the background will turn out to be you sitting in a jail cell while your wife files for divorce, the bank seizes your property, your friends abandon you, leaving you old and alone. Your new criminal record will make it nearly impossible for you to get a job, so you will most likely resort to gay prostitution just to make ends meet. Instead of going out shooting, you will end up dieing of AIDS at the age of 61, in a run down, one bedroom apartment that is subsidized by HUD, after years of gay prostitution and living off of handouts from the government.

johnonguitar7 -  I've been thinking seriously about this the last few days and have come to the conclusion that if the government try to take my weapons away in going to go down fighting.

I have enough food and water for 6 months and enough ammo to sink an aircraft carrier. I've got a selection of handguns, a couple of AR-15's and a few other surprises up my sleeve. They better be careful where they be steppin'.

It's a damn shame that people are more loyal to their inanimate killing objects than they are to living, breathing human beings.

...yet out of the same mouths, they tell you that they distrust our country and our military enough that they must keep their own armory, and that if their country tries to intercede and remove assault weaponry in order to create a safer environment for their citizens, they will refuse and will instead commit suicide and kill as many of our military as they can on the way out.


Oh but you didn't actually SAY those words. But, that is the sentiment that the people in this thread are presenting with this retarded, selfish, abominable "I'll DIE before the take my GUNS!!!!" stance.


You guys think that you are more important than our government and the laws of the land. You think that your right to own firearms that could kill 30 people in a minute is more important than the lives of innocent children. You think that our government and the people here to protect us are worth killing in order for you to keep your weapons. There's no two ways about it. Cloak it in whatever bullshit you want, but it is what it is.



Which is it guys? Is it "God Bless America! The greatest nation on the planet!"?

Or, is it "Fuck America, American lives aren't worth my right to own machine guns! I will kill Americans in order to keep my guns! My country isn't to be trusted!"?

Fighting - If I knew without any doubt that the criminals would be giving up their guns too, then yes they can have mine freely. Until then, no, I won't be giving mine up.
