BROTHERHOOD MMA is one of Cardiff's leading MMA combat teams. We have a number of active fighters and are always on the look out for new talent and fighters to join our growing team. We welcome beginners and pros. Come down and check us out on the following nights at 134 Ninian Park Road: Monday 7-8 Tuesday 7-8 Wednesday 7-8 Thursday 7-8 Facilities at our gym. Ground floor: Room one. - Fully matted bag room with a selection of thai bags, boxing bags etc from light to heavy - Full selection of boxing pads, thai pads, kick shields etc - A 12'x12' boxing ring Room Two. - A fully matted 26'x26' floor space, fully enclosed with caged walls 1st Floor: - Very large fully matted floor space. - Full selection of thai bags, boxing bags etc from light to heavy. £5 per class or £40 per month - That's a 50% saving! |

We tend to run for an hour and a half. An hour to an hour and a half is pretty normal for beginners. As we have our own gym our active fighters will stay on afterwards for sparring and will also train on the weekend.

Did you attend the Cage Warriors event there a few weeks ago? There were lots of Welsh fighters on that card...

Yes. Cage Warriors is the best event in the UK. There is a great MMA scene in Wales and it won't be long before a Welsh fighter competes in the UFC.

WALES1 - Yes. Cage Warriors is the best event in the UK.Cool. It was a good event that, but the crowd left too early after a few local losses. I work on the cage warriors events. Top company with great people.

WALES1 - It was there loss.Yeah I agree. Nothing confirmed in Wales for March I don't think but they are definitely returning in 2013. Looking forward to John Phillips returning. I want him to face the winner of Chris Fields v Jessie Taylor. It'll be a good rematch with Fields if he wins tomorrow. Cage Warriors 51 weight in was not so Long ago here in Dublin. Some cracking fights on, all live on MMA junkie!
