Cristiane "Cyborg" Santos (10-1-1 NC) reported that doctors recommend she not cut weight from 145 pounds to 135 pounds. UFC president Dana White said that the promotion will help her make the weight cut in safe way of dieting.

"She can get to this weight," said White. "We have an expert who can help you lose weight in a healthy way. We have Mike Dolce. He is 100 percent ready to work with her and will not cost anything to Cris."

UFC hall of famer Tito Ortiz (16-11-1), who represents Santos, has told her not to make the weight cut and suggested she fight somewhere else.

"Cyborg needs to get on the boat," said White. "The stupidest thing about it is that she has Tito Ortiz as her manager."

If Ronda really thinks her judo is so badass, she shouldn't have any problem fighting Cyborg at 145.

In fact, she should WANT to fight Cyborg at 145, so there won't be any excuses if she wins.

But obviously that's not what she wants.

Why oh why won't Ronda fight Cyborg at 145? It might have something to do with the fact that Zuffa doesn't have a women's 145 division. It might also have something to do with Cyborg being suspended for the last year for cheating. Now that Cyborg is fresh off her time out Strikeforce (and the women's 145 division) is gone. There's only one division, 135. If there's no 145 division how can the fight take place there? If you think Zuffa would sign Cyborg to 1 fight catch weight contract so she can crush Zuffa's goldengirl and then leave you're out of your mind. If Cyborg wants to fight in the UFC and subsequently Ronda, she's got to make 135. If she can't then she can go sign somewhere else and none of that will have anything to do with Ronda.

Gina was winning the fight before being rag dolled by Cyborg

Gina could/ should be 135 but she has tig ol bitties

I assume the athletic commissions will randomly test the fuck out of Cyborg for her next fight.

As long as she's clean, she should be able to fight at her natural weight imo.

And Gina got crushed in that fight.

Having a little success early on means nothing when you get crushed in the first round.

Agree completely about her big ol titties.

I know Tito is a corny ass dude. But he does now how to make sure a fighter get paid pretty good. Cause the more they make the more he makes. Give me 5 fighters that made more money than him when he fought? But yes saying she isn't prob doing something is being blind.

Yeah but come on RVD lets not pretend she has all these great fights at 145 in Invicta.

Other than Coenen rematch who is she gonna fight?

Maybe that girl who has the 5 second knockouts but thats not really big fights.

If she wants in on the big stage she needs to fight at 35 in the UFC.

Not really, they have put on something like 35 fights so far, I think two of 35 were at 145
