I dont want the free tix, I want to ante up the money. The fights on the card and the organization are worth it. #7,95 already feels like its half price :) |

The biggest reasons? Hyatt, Baszler, Smith. The women almost always BRING IT! Lay and pray? Ummmm, NO! BEST $8 people that call themselves MMA fans could possibly spend. I love Women's MMA! |

CheckinHose - I wouldn't pay $.99 to see 24 women I've never heard of fight each other So don't pay it. The only one missing out is you. Now back to true MMA fans who love the sport, irregardless of gender. |

Why Invicta 4 is worth $7.95: If you've seen previous Invicta's, you know that female fighters are every bit as thirsty for blood and violence as men, if not more so. Some of them probably moonlight as vampires. What's more, since they generally feel they have more to prove, when the women of MMA are on the highest stage, they try so hard it's ridiculous, and can be every bit if not more creative with their animosity as men can, as anyone who saw Shayna Baszler repeatedly stomp a girl's defenseless achilles heel can tell you. Now, if you watch MMA for technique and violence, and grew up in an environment where you fought your twin sister in gruesome backyard fights for your father's affection, then I can assure you that Invicta is the promotion for you. And even if you did not have a father that treated his only two children like deranged pitbulls for his own sick amusement, if you're still down with competitive violence as an expression of pure willpower and are oblivious to the gender of origin, chances are Invicta is still the promotion for you, although that's more of an educated guess. Either way, these chicks come to bang, they don't just talk about it. Most of them know that if they don't leave an impression today, they may not have a future in this sport tomorrow, and if they don't make an impression as a whole, their entire gender may not have a true future in this sport. It's because of this that Invicta has been the most consistently entertaining promotion of the year. It's no different than if you grew up with a sister who was willing to smash you in the ribs with a Car Club to the uproarious laughter of your family patriarch: they're just mean like that. And anyway, what were you going to do with that $7.95, buy _part_ of a bottle of Bacardi to try and _drink_ your pain away? Why not confront it head on with some good ol' cathartic displays of rage and fury performed at an elite level, with the sort of perseverance you just don't see enough of in other promotions these days. On the Ultimate Fighter Season 1, you had guys fighting their hearts out every step of the way because they thought if they didn't win, it was the end of the line. Now you have guys hoping to win a single fight so they can just coast on into their comfy UFC careers. In Invicta, it's far more cutthroat, much like the time you might have dropped a laundry basket on your sister from the second floor when you were 9, because you knew it would make your dad laugh and thus you wouldn't be put in The Box that night. And now that you're all grown up and have made up with your sister and your father is a drunken hobo somewhere, you'd probably agree that $8 would pay for less than 5 minutes with any decent shrink. So why not spend that money on over 3 hours of non-stop violence that helps you deal with childhood issues in a relatively constructive manner? Women can kick just as much ass as men can, and I can tell you that when pushed they are far less hesitant to use a bicycle chain in the process, and while they may not be allowed to do that in the cage, every bit of that fighting spirit comes through in their matches. And THAT's why I would totally pay $7.95 for Invicta 4 if I wasn't stuck at work that day goddamn I hate my boss I hope he dies of polonium poisoning. |

I'm not going to tell you that you should watch Invicta because it's the place to watch women's MMA. What I would suggest is that you should watch Invicta because you are a fight fan. And, fight fans like good fights. ...AND...Invicta delivers good fights. I'm sure there's folks who will say this more eloquently than I. They're probably draw some good romos and use a lot of UG lingo and whatnot. That's okay. That's what makes this place special. But, again, I would suggest to you that *if* you're a fight fan and you truly like watching good quality fights, then you won't find a better deal on a PPV outside of the Invicta show on Jan. 5. My hope is that now that they've started small and gotten a few shows in up KC way, that they'll branch out and head south into Oklahoma. We have a lot of casinos that host fights regularly and I'd love to be able to get my hands on tickets for Invicta locally. Anyway, that's my thoughts and that's why I'll spring for that $7.95 on Saturday (if'n I don't score a free pass...and who wouldn't dig that.)

The first three events were all awesome. Some of the best events in recent years. Lots of finishes and all out wars. Invicta is a must see for fans of great fights.

IMO RVD should def get it, not even for his post, he should get it because he has been Invicta's biggest supporter on the UG. He should be rewarded for that, plus he had a really good post. |

Ryann Von Doom - Von Doom, you really are a champion for women's MMA. I respect that. I know the women who make the main events but you know your stuff. |

I'll just buy the PPV - but seeing fellow Tasmanian Bec "Rowdy" Hyatt fight for the title makes this card worth at least $7.95. |

$7.95 for a great card shows InVicta is there for the fans. With a good momentum going for them they could easily have a higher price. Support them all the way |

CheckinHose - I wouldn't pay $.99 to see 24 women I've never heard of fight each other Really? The card costs about 5 of our English pounds, which equates to a decent pint and a packet of crisps in real money (London prices.) Not only am I happy to pay for this card, but find me 4 of these guys who insist WMMA is garbage, and I will paypal them the money to watch. |

why $7.95 is a phenomenal deal for this card: Like so many others I'm new to Womens' MMA. Just a few years ago many of us were put off by the idea. Then something miraculous happened - a few gifted women proved us wrong on every account. They had skills, they were courageous (and sometimes crazy), they fought to win, not to score decisions, they understood martial arts. Then something even more miraculous happened - Invicta! Invicta for all intents and purposes put on one of the best shows of 2012 during Invicta 2. Better than most One FC and Bellator shows - better than most UFC shows! It solidified the idea that women belonged in MMA. More importantly, it showed that in many cases, women wouldn't put getting a "W" over putting on a good show. What made it even more mind blowing was that it was free. FREE! At $7.95 we are guaranteed a show that is equally action packed as previous Invictas, but at a fraction of the cost of fight cards that aren't nearly as exciting. |

I don't want to win this contest. I want to pay for PPV and support Invicta directly (in fact, I already did;-))! It's a pleasure to pay for this! All their three shows have been great. |

Live relevant MMA. Eight dollars. That's $2 cheaper than Carl's Barn Fighting Championships on GFL.com. |

Top 5 Reasons $7.95 should be spent on Invicta 4 and not alternatives 5) Because Buying tickets to take your girlfriend to see the hobbit will not only cost $25, but it will also leave your girlfriend wondering why you got so excited to watch little midgets with hairy feet. Seriously. She doesn't need more reasons to think you are creepy. 4) Because $7.95 at Taco Bell will buy you an assorted verity of tacos, nachos, burritos, but most of all, a first class trip to the bathroom. 3)Because, lets be honest, the last thing you need is another 12 pack of Pabst Blue Ribbon. Your an adult now dammit, stop spending your money on beer that says "yes, I love my beer to have no distinctive taste and to be the symbol of trash all across America." 2)Look at this Dog. Look at it http://sphotos-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash3/541916_541957059150191_1554094305_n.jpg That's Rowdy Bec Hyatt's dog. Ordering this PPV puts food directly in that dogs mouth. Your not gunna steal from a dog, are you? 1) Because, most of all, you are a MMA Fan. That means you should support all aspects of the sports, and all promotions big and small. Women's MMA is here to stay, and we need to show our support by paying the low price for this PPV. |
