Look I just went through some major shit the last few days, my ex of 6.5 years our baby passed away, and I just gave my current girlfriend of 7 months the boot. I am looking to just focus on myself and workout, get back to doing the shit I like to do. |

Don't fuck what you can't bench. Don't date above your weight class. Forget the 'Golden Rule' when it comes to a woman that you're in a relationship with, but use the 'Platinum Rule' instead, i.e., treat her how she wants to be treated. If she's acting like a bitch, call her out on it and don't tolerate it. If she's acting like a spoiled brat, treat her how you would a petulant child. If she's an honest and loving woman, treat her in kind.
