That wouldn't solve the underlying problem, plus there would be tax issues

Well the couple separated, and it says since the state doesn't recognize same sex marriages they can't go after the woman for child support.

Also why does a lesbian couple have 8 kids?

I almost got scammed into this. I was flat ass broke once and some lesbians on craigslist were offering a similar deal, basically if you were blond hair, blue eyes, and athletic with a decent iq they claimed theyd pay 1800 for your sperm.

I inquired and they sent me some legal forums, which I read very carefully and they basically stated I would be on the hook for child support, but would be required to forfeit all rights to the child. I was like, uh, what is this all about? I cut and pasted that passage and sent it back to them questioning it. No response. Pretty sure it was some kind of scam where they were going to collect sperm from a bunch of different dudes then somehow force them all to pay child support. Not sure.
