GSP and Nick Diaz are next on the docket. For this scenario, we are going to assume GSP wins the fight. A fair assumption because GSP is heavily favoured to win. GSP should move to MW at that point. He should begin getting ready to fight at the end of the year against Anderson Silva. Perhaps the rumoured UFC: Madison Square Garden card. THEN: A title should be up for grabs through a tournament format. It should be stacked as such: Hendricks vs Ellenberger Fitch vs Diaz AND Condit vs Rory Marquart vs Koscheck Winner gets the championship. simple enough. Amyway, tell me your opinions. too wishful to ever happen? |

I don't think GSP should move up if he wins. There's at least two more contenders: Hendricks if he beats Burger and Marquart. There's also Rory if he beats Condit and is willing to fight GSP (if he beats Nick). Not the time for him to move up.
