Came across this the other day. Ex UFC fighter Jeff Joslin breaks down the technique used in the armbar Nick Diaz landed on Santos. Awesome to see the step by step techniques Nick used to set up that arm bar. Beautiful stuff. I'm sure the Diaz fans out there will enjoy!

here's highlights of Diaz vs Roy Dean bjj match. If you don't know, Dean is now a very respected black belt. They were both blue belts at the time. Some awesome transitions here. Nick won on points.
