I'm not sure if Jimmy Quinlan is "the beast" Dana was talking about but he certainly is a beast that will do well on the show. Good college wrestler who won a bunch of big grappling tournaments and he's super athletic so I imagine his GNP is brutal.

The guys he fought don't have flashy records because nobody was willing to fight the guy. He had like 5-6 fights scheduled, the opponents would accept the fight then pull out 2 days later after looking him up on google. It'll be interesting to see how well he puts it together against tough guys because his game reminds me of Chris Weidman early on...great wrestler with a slick bjj game and great subs...not your typical college wrestler who is good at taking the back and that's it. |

There are three I know for sure that lose their fight to get in the house. Two have fights lined up in Feb and one from a reliable source. Not sure if I would get banned for posting.

HAMMER - Any info on MIKE JASPER...He's from my area. Best of luck to him. He could be the one Dana was talking about rather than Jimmy Quinlan. Of the six fights he fought and won before the show, the three that did not go the distance were by TKOs. Submissions don't send you to the hospital. |

jimmy quinlan has been trying to break through for a couple of years at least. He is a decorated college wrestler as well as a pan am's veteran. He also trains at mass Bjj with rick hawn and chuck oneil. he started with joe lauzons but is now pretty much where ever chuck is. based on all the fighters that have pulled out of scheduled fights with quinlan and the jiu jitsu i have seen him display at grapplers quest/NAGA etc, i wouldnt be surprised if he makes it to the semi's at least. |

Keep an eye out for Scott Rosa. Went to high school and Fought on a few cards with him. He's a beast.

After last season being a fiasco, and this season having such big names as coaches, they were bound to properly talent search and stack the show. I am one excited fan, ladies and gentlemen :) |

Since speculation on names as to who the "house terror" is are being suggested at a frenzied pace, here's my suggested one to watch.. Adam Cella. He's a Golden Gloves boxer, had a pretty successful run in kickboxing (has over 60 fights in boxing/kickboxing) and 7 of his 12 fights (pro and ammy) were ended by TKO/KO. Even the fights he won by sub, he was dominating the standup and more or less made a few of them mentally break/quit, scoring the sub to put the proverbial icing on the cake. |

Quinlan also is a stud. On the ground, he's a natural. Quite a few of my friends involved in the Northeast MMA scene, including TUF 13 alumni Chuck O'Neil have called Quinlan the best pound for pound fighter in the region. |

I also got a first show and team spoiler if anyone is interested. Won't ruin it for the ones who don't want to know, but if you're interested, MMA mail me. |

Driscoll - I bet Quinlan's the beast.Quinlan is a monster! I think he finished second at last years worlds at brown belt. His submission and wrestling skills are going to be something to watch
