I saw him once address the jokes about him having a big head in an interview. He said "I do have a big head - that means I must be really smart".

He was 100% serious thereby immediately disproving his own theory.

I think there's areas in fighter management he'll excel in since he has first hand experience and he sees how far the sport has come and with it fighter benefits, perks, pay and fame. There will also be areas he'll be weak in such as knowing when to back off, but those that choose him as a manager know this and will due their due diligence to keep him in check. They'll grow together in their roles and he'll do fine in the end. Phone Post
