Just watched jds vs Cain and wow I didn't understand how good he actually is. But I haven't seen enough of modern reem to know for sure. So after all that..... Reem.

I think Cain is a horrible match up for Overeem. He would make Reem gas and finish him with GnP. |

Reem tko Of course cain justwon impressively from JDS so many automatically think he does the same to Reem but if you look into their games og late..Cain is not used to fight walking backwards which means he presses forward like all his other fights, this creates clinches which is exactly the bread and butter of Overeem. Reem wont be put on his back and is excellent in trips, knees etc.

If reem can Keep cain on the outside and clinch when he comes inside, working knees and trips, tthen Reem.But if Reem is too worried about thebtakedown, leaves his hands at waist height and doesnt throw leather then Cain will wear him down.

Cain - 1) Cardio : Cain sets a pace on you second to none, he keeps coming and does not give you ANY space to breath or anytime to recover. Reem is also a big guy, his gas tank hasnt looked great 2) Wrestling : Cain is a great wrestler, although Overeem has showed good jiujitsu and good takedown defense. Being put on your back against a guy like Cain is something you want to avoid. Which leaves Cain taking away from some of Overeems striking and Offense. If Reem is worried to go on his back/takendown you could assume knees and kicks are out. You could also assume The Reem would be very hesitant in over committing with his striking (much like the Werdum fight) and possibly leaving himself open for power shots (Cain vs JDS 2).

Most likely: Overeem by TKO/KO. I give this a 65% chance. 35% chance Cain wins, and if so, it will be by decision. |

Cain wins a 50-45 grueling, lopsided decision. Striker vs Wrestler= bet the wrestler Cardio vs Suspect Cardio= bet the guy with cardio

Cain is very good in all facets of his game. Reem will not be able to keep pace with Cain. Similar to JDS. Remember how good we thought JDS was before the last fight? TKO in the 2nd Cain.
