I think him and Dyrdek are friends.  Dyrdek goes to UFC events and DFW has brought his kids to the Fantasy Factory.
 
Although I will admit there is a weird conflict there sort of... MTV & Spike are Viacom, Viacom owns the majority share of Bellator.
