Good movie, if you haven't checked it out, kind of focuses on USA MMA and Tim Crieder's (Spelling?) gym in the south through the course of several months.

I also liked seeing credeurs gym and how he runs the team. If u like documentaries watch the Evan tanner "I once was a champion" that's was good too You have ignored this user.
