huh? these guys are contenders but neither is a clear #1 contender...besides, cormier is pretty much a lock to fight jones after he flogs chael.

you think guys like gus and mousasi want to sit around doing nothing all year? no! this fight is perfect to start building the next guy after cormier

Mousasi certainly has not proven himself a contender yet, but with his win over Shogun, Alex has.

MMA Viking spoke with Alexander Gustafsson today about the rumored UFC in Sweden. Gustafsson was at the opening of Allstars Training Center in Stockholm, where he revealed that Gegard Mousasi would be his opponent. “He is by far the most dangerous opponent so far” says The Mauler about the former Strikeforce champion that will be clashing on April 6 in Stockholm.

I know he's a good striker, long but if Moussasi's takedown d hasn't improved it's just a smarter route to victory. Gegard is too good of a striker to play around with. You have ignored this user.

Mousasi really needs to drop back down to 185, I'd rather see him fight Bisping/Lombard/Weidman than the monstrous guys a 205. You have ignored this user.

Gustafsson gets up to 240 pounds between fights without being too flabby so yeah I would think that he will hold a clear size advantage over Mousasi
