This is a spectacular fight. Well done UFC and great respect for Gusta for taking the fight. Very happy to finally see Mousasi in the big stage where he belongs. Think of the matchups!! |

Gene Pitney -Orcus Knows MMA Better Than Goku - Mousasi certainly has not proven himself a contender yet, but with his win over Shogun, Alex has. |

MMA Viking spoke with Alexander Gustafsson today about the rumored UFC in Sweden. Gustafsson was at the opening of Allstars Training Center in Stockholm, where he revealed that Gegard Mousasi would be his opponent. “He is by far the most dangerous opponent so far” says The Mauler about the former Strikeforce champion that will be clashing on April 6 in Stockholm. |

DamnSevern - Probably yes. Out of Swedes Kakai, Njie, Nunes and Latifi have the best shot. Number one Nordic pick for the UFC to sign would be Tom Niinimäki though. |

Gustafsson will probably try and take him down and win with a top game. I know he's a good striker, long but if Moussasi's takedown d hasn't improved it's just a smarter route to victory. Gegard is too good of a striker to play around with. |

Hmm, I don't like this fight for Mousasi. I keep picturing Gustafsson being like twice Gegard's size hah. Mousasi really needs to drop back down to 185, I'd rather see him fight Bisping/Lombard/Weidman than the monstrous guys a 205. |

Gustafsson gets up to 240 pounds between fights without being too flabby so yeah I would think that he will hold a clear size advantage over Mousasi |

Alexanders reach 76.5 Gegards reach 76 North is saying Gus walks around at 240 Gegard walks around at 230 Just throwing that out there for those saying he's way too big. I think Gus has a advantage in his ability to stick and move. Gegards advantage is his tight technical defense. |

Oh my god, it's Thiaguy. It's going to be 3 rounds, apparently the swedish athletic commission(whateveritis) doesn't allow 5 rounders. |
