Sergei Bytchkov is one of the TOUGHEST men this sport has seen He should be mentioned when talking most underrated / under appreciated (unknown) fighters ever. |

How'd he win that decision vs the black guy? Seems like a bullahit call to me.

This was one of the first VHS fight tapes I added to my collection back in the day, along with stuff like Cirquito de Lutas and such. I was unable to find this online until like a year ago, It's nice to have people uploading these old gems. Sergei Bytchkov is a badass. First flying heelhook I ever saw. |

Pro Ice - I've seen a couple more of them, I believe Chonan got Anderson Silva in one many years back? This is the most brutal one I've seen though, his body is spun like a rag doll with that hold. |

That's right they called Chonnans a "flying scissors hook" or something like that. I have seen a few heelhooks like Chonans but the only flying"part is the diving in on the leg, but their bodies are on the mat when the sub was applied. Bytchkov's was a little different his body is actually in the air when the sub is applied = real Flying heelhook imo And the only reason Bytchkov was able to apply that was because Rivano was holding the fence and his legs where actually off the mat in the air, that why I figured there was never another

I'm loving the presentation of the Bytchkov vs Rivano Red Devil Fight'96 fight. Sharp looking blue canvas ring with vale tudo style netting attached to the canvas from the bottom rope behind the ad layout. Live miked arena sounds with NO COMMENTATORS!!! 11/10!! |
