How is this confirmed? Be careful with this shit man, if it wasn't HTFU (and I see neither Rick Hawn or his manager confirming which company it is yet), then you jumping the gun could be detrimental.

I have been saying this but some people are determined to fuck Rick over and just go on attack mode right away.

It isn't a contest to see who can guess the sponsor correctly - we need to know as a matter of fact before we start talking shit. Anything less would be slander and could fuck Hawn over big time for sponsors in the future.

From the UG investigations (pretty damn good I might add) it seems we are uncovering a personality profile for this one douche that fits the crime pretty well.

But we still have to bite our tongues until the word is officially out.

Now of course he has to pay him this is a sport were you never know what will happen. I understand why he wouldn't want to pay him but it's mandatory to pay the person your representing regardless of how shitty they perform. Phone Post

The sponsors aren't paying the fighters to perform a certain way. They pay the fighters so that they will wear their logo. Nothing more, nothing less.

It's pathetic that this sponsor would think that Rick owes them anything more than to wear the brand logo on TV.

I think this is complete crap. A sponsor sponsors a fighter knowing he may win or lose the fight. There are no guarnatees in fighting. But the fighter does his/her part by going out there and putting it all on the line and ofcourse agrees to wear the sponsors logo. Its not even so much about the fight but how the fighter carries them selves inside and outside of the cage. I was at the Bellator 85 event and Rick Hawn should by no means be upset with his performance. If his sponsor is then its just a cop out to not pay him for the service he provided.. which was to fight and wear his logo in the fight. Clearly this sponsor has never stepped inside of the cage. Kudos to Rick for going out there and giving it his all

I certainly hope that once the legal aspects have been dealt with we can be informed of whom this was, because I'd prefer to never give this company any of my money.

Sponsorship is nearly the same as gambling, you're always taking a chance that your "bet" might lose... this person simply thinks they can say "hey I lost, but I want my money back!" What the f*ck kind of sh*t is that? I'm sorry but it doesnt work that way -- unless of course somehow they arranged some sort of contract which specifically stated a "win" was required for payment (which I highly doubt).

Needless to say, this is simply another shinning example of "humanity at its finest" (sarcasm).

Please let us know who/what company this was, because anyone who would act in such a manner is undeserving of our business.
