It's what he has always sounded like, great commentator. Podcast was awesome too, ALL mma talk about both UFC and Bellator.

The recording split... for some reason only the first 36 minutes are up at this point.

Awesome stuff, thanks. Very interesting to hear their thoughts on a lot of stuff, given their unique positions.

The cardio mention is one I certainly think doesnt get enough conversation. The Ultimate Fighter alone is proof how drastically different the cardio levels are between average person - amateur fighter - professional fighter - elite professional fighter. Given how often we STILL see fighters "gassing" in fights, I think it goes to show that this is one aspect of the sport that still has yet to reach its peak... or at least "plateau" to the point that it'll no longer define victory or defeat in many fights.
