Bus heaters suck.  The first thing you need to do to keep it warm inside is attach a hose from the exhaust pipe into the interior.

Do you want to beable to use electricity and the shower and shit while diving? If so you need separate holding tanks. Generators, you going with propane or electric appliances? There is soooooooooo much info needed. It can be done but you need to ask specific questions. What are you installing? Sink shower stove fridge? You only want to beable to use appliances and toilet when hooked up?

I want it usable at all times.

You have to recharge the battery's dude. Go drive your car with the alternator belt off. See how long it last. If ur going that route then get a shit ton if marine batteries

I didn't see where you said that you're using solar panels. I guess if you have the time is try it. But that's because I have experience building, plumbing, and working on cars. If you have the skills and determination and patience give it a shot. When you have specific questions ask away. Don't forget to insulate water lines and stuff.

There are adapters for that. And there are appliances that run on dc.

the adapter your talking about is called an inverter, and you'll pay out of your ass for DC appliances both in initial cost and repair.. Not trying to be a dick, just trying to help.
