To come across as more professional she will need to quit using "you know" altogether. Like, you know, I mean, that kind of stuff.

I would suggest Jennifer look up. For some reason when she's talking to the fighter, it's awkward to have her looking below the camera. She's super cute and likeable though.

Maybe find a way to pipe the sound in a little better than having a mike up to the speaker (which is how sounds anyway). You don't hear that on shows like Around the Horn.

annoying... can't stand to listen and look at her for more than 5 seconds...

does she have an accent? is it her diction?

when i close my eyes and listen, i get the "kid sister" vibe, which to me isn't a bad thing.

I might have been a bit harsh. Use of "you know" and the amount that her eyes were moving around really distracted me.. I'd probably like her more after a cup of coffee.

Your wording was harsh but I felt the same way.

As this is for your brand, you want someone who fans are going to want to go to your website to see and for a female interviewer, I am not sure she has the right look for the job. I am not saying you should make a hire based solely on looks, but I think if you held interviews with multiple prospects from a college close by (mass communications, media majors) you would be able to find someone with interviewing skills at or better than hers, and maybe with a more suitable look.

With that said I think she is an attractive girl,and I am trying to be as nice as possible.

Her mastery of the english language is novice at best. A reporter needs to sound professional, no matter what the goal is. She also needs to find better ways to word her questions.

Like, you know, like you know, like you know. It grated on me horrifically the entire time.

Just my personal preference, not a knock on her, since she seems to be somewhat knowledgeable, but when people do that it drives me insane.
