Hargreaves - I really like shawns options on here and I like how Dean Lister really shows the faults of the rubber guard and why her prefers his version.Where does lister talk about the rubber guard?

I find the oma plata gives MY opponents too much of a chance to escape. I see little need to go for it b/c so many more secure submission options to choose from. Maybe I just suck at oma platas. |

Nino S had a good series on the omoplata his pride fights were great I'm sure that series was on youtube a while back. or at budovideos for cheap Wish the Williams guard DVD would come out soon I was pumped to see that one |
