January dry-athlon. Who is in?

I rarely went out to drink so my problem was just getting over things like watching football and fights without drinking. I thought I would go nuts on the diet soda but I'm only drinking about 2-3 a day. You have ignored this user.

I made it. anyone want to do a febuary dry athlon?

I feel so much better than I did before I started this. I have a lot more energy, not as moody, more productive, I recover faster from the gym, increased sex drive and I sleep better, I could go on but you get the point. my wife said I barley snore now.

If we were in AA, we would have gotten a 30 day chip lol...

Thank you cauliflower for starting this thread. I am sure I could have made it through the month with out this thread but competition always motivates me to see things through. There was a couple of times were i was just going to say F it and have a few beers but the thought of admitting that I failed motivated to stick to the plan.

Who is in for February? I know the super bowl is coming up and that is a huge drinking day for most, how about doing February but with one cheat day? The cheat day can be any day of the month, it is up to you.

I am going for it.

Okay, my fellow DRY-ATHOLONERS....BIG EP made it all through January. Obviously, it was not tough considering I had mentally checked out from drinking early on.

Tonight, I did however enjoy a nice Padrón 1926 Serie No. 2 cigar and a cafe mocha at a downtown coffee house. Buddy told me since I wasn't drinking liquor/beer to enjoy some coffee with my night smoke and it was pretty amazing.

Count me in for February!
