I understand the "I don't care what you call it, I only care if it's good" mentality, but it's almost a different world once you've tried and compared different strains. Sativas, indicas, hybrids- they can vary wildly with the results they produce. It's almost like saying "a pill is a pill". Sure, you swallow them both, but I like knowing if I'm taking valium, speed, or something more trippy.

BD, OGC, Sour and GDP....I'm more into extracts now tho Aren't extracts 5x stronger than bud? If say a particular strain is 15% thc, wouldn't an extract be as high as 75%? Feelz Good - For me it was similar to you, but different in some ways. We had schwag (shitty weed), mid-grades (which were just the higher up part of the buds schwag came from),hydo, KB, then the occasional "named" strain that would come along. I always remember blueberry and bubblegum being my favorite strains, and it seemed to be consistent over a 5 or so year period.

Sadly I've now reached that point where I'm older, not connected, and the only weed I could get is some shit. How do no club going, non hipster 30 something's find decent herb? That's what's wrong with America, if you ask me.

I'm fortunate in Cali, my best friend, WEED WIZARD, grows it organically in a special part of the garden . It has a picture of me on a stake so that he knows it's specifically for me and gets special attention .
At harvest time , I make the drive to the compound and watch two hot ass chicks , trim it for me. I then put said weed in my Spider-Man back pack and return to civilization. You can't put a price on knowing where your stash comes from Phone Post

Because they now have competition. My ounces are at 220 and keep going up. This shit sucks

The competition is mainly in the Denver area so that's where you can find the best price. Southwestern Colorado (Durango/Telluride) is more expensive (obviously) because of a lower number of MMC's. I got a fantastic sack of Blue Dragon from telluride, so the quality is def there, but the price is still playing catchup due to lack of competition. Phone Post
