I love this!! I've been doing a lot of mediation lately, well trying to. It's hard when there's so much shit on your mind. And reading Buddist and Buddist inspired readings. Thanks for posting this!

tjmitch - Did they give you anything for the pain? Dont be afraid to tell the doc you need something stonger if it isnt working.

They gave me stuff but it knocks me on my ass. They don't want me laying in bed constantly for fear of blood clots, I already have a few. So its a catch 22. I have to wait till I can't take pain, then lay down for few hours Then move around to get blood flowing which is basically sitting up and moving feet and arms then walking to bathroom but fucking kills. Then more meds.
I guess everyday is one step closer to the mats and closer till the day I can train again. But it seems sooo far away! Phone Post
