I think he should rematch Werdum, with the winner getting a title shot. I hope they make Overeem vs JDS now. HW div will be awesome now with the addition of Cormier and Barnett.

I think after all these years, we have learned one thing about the HW division. Speed triumphs over size. Look at how easily Cain dominated Bigfoot with his speed and athleticism. A prime Fedor would have destroyed Bigfoot in under a minute. Is there anyone left to challenge Cain? I truly believe he is the present GOAT.

Cain got knocked out cold in 1 minute. To get his title shot, he had to beat one opponent (Bigfoot). Bigfoot got TKOd by Cain. To get his title shot, he beat two opponents, one of them an MMA legend. I'd say Bigfoot earned this shot more than Cain did. |

Most of his fights against the elite are losses.In fact, I'd call him about 6-9 against elite, having just pulled up his record.
Bigfoot needs at least 2 more wins.

Cain-JDS III A healthy JDS can take out Cain. JDS played Cain's game for 25minutes, Cain played JDS for less than one. I'm saying this as a massive fan of both fighters. |
