The forum is better for having him. Heck, I may not agree with everything he says and I am certain he does not agree with everything I say!

EY creates thought challenging posts. At least it gets people to think and I think that's kind of the point!

Really, I will-not/cannot pick a side here. I do not expect everyone to agree with me, but acting like a bunch of PMS'ers and FREEZING me, well, I still think they need to get some LOW-T therapies.

I do think EY is good people and I think you're good people too:) Can't we all just get along, BRO-HUG :)

and for the HATERS yea, I'm a beta not problem to admit that BUT at least I don't abuse the VOTEDOWN function, never even use it. I may be a beta but I'm not a PMSing vagina either.

I am just going to recommend that you all do not listen to the HATERS and take advantage of the low prices and all time historic interest rates and go buy a house and pay it off early by adding extra to the monthly mortgage payment each month. You will be less angry, have less stress, get more dates, and you will feel like a big success.

HATERS I am going to recommend that you publicly apologize and admit that you were the "idiot" for not only missing the housing bottom but stubbornly did so and telling others to do so too when *someone* was trying to help you out and tell you it's time to buy, even posting evidence such as news articles providing statistical proof and interviews with Financial TOPS advising to BUY!
