He took a long time to recognize Overeem was holding the top of the cage, he warned Overeem for downward elbows that were not even close to the 12-6 elbows that are not allowed, and he let a TKO turn into a KO by being slow at the end. I agree. BUT it's tough to stop a fight when the fighter is still standing.
