Actually the right advice for a fighter is to keep their chin tucked. :)

He should just starting lifting and fill out 185. He probably doesn't have the discipline to cut to 170 given that it looks like he refuses to work out and looks flabby. He's 6'2"- it'd be a bitch for him to cut to 170 with that frame and no discipline. Phone Post
