Who do you think needs TRT? A "normal" professional athlete in his mid 30's is not deficient in testosterone. Using steroids (introducing synthetic testosterone) can impair your body's ability to produce it naturally.

If you have a TUE to undergo TRT, they are supposed to administer blood tests.
