That doesn't make sense. How can you be a rapist without the rape portion? Attempted rape I'd even go with but straight rape? Nope. Lloyd got bashful in the middle of a gangbang an couldn't get hard give him a break.

The girl reported, the other guys were convicted of rape, it's not a gangbang, it's a gang rape and he took part of it. So there was a "rape portion".

I really don't know your country's justice system holes but in any major country of the world this fellow would be in jail for a long long time.
