The Cain Bigfoot fight didn't actually show much at all. Cain caught a kick and used top position the entire fight to win. He got a lucky cut and that is why Silva lost. Didn't show anything from either fighter we hadn't already seen. However, Cain looked beast last fight, and may be able to take Silva down easily even without a kick. I think so. But their first fight was more of a fluke than a domination IMO. Caught kick -> cut. That's it. |

simonpe -Tomato Can - Overeem doesn't deserve to fight JDS, but I will enjoy watching him get KO'd again.Really? Long winning streak that recently got an abrupt ending, sounds familiar? JDS was the champ and lost to the #2 HW. Overeem was not the champ (maybe #3 HW at best) and got KO'd by a borderline top 10 guy. I'd rather see Overeem fight the Cormier/Mir loser or something like that. |

GROUNDnLB -One elbow? MMA is too complex for you. Pick a simpler sport.pidgey - bigfoot getting another shot doesnt really make sense after the ass whooping he took from Cain just few months ago.In all fairness to BF, it was that one elbow that changed the fight. That being said, I don't see how he can stop Cain's takedowns. Cain should not stand and trade with him, too risky.

Cain only beat Bigfoot last time because of a cut caused by an elbow. Silva was a bloody mess and unable to see to defend himself. No cut = no domination IMO. Next fight could be quite a bit different. |

ZEROOOOO chance Overeem fights again in May. He always has "issues" pop up when it comes to fighting just a few months after his last fight (in the US at least). |

I suspected that Bigfoot would get a shot in another thread and most laughed it off. Werdum has to fight Nog. Cormier should fight Cain but is booked to fight Mir. Nothing else they could do right now.

bad fight. bigfoot already got smashed by cain and DC really recently, not to mention overeem was dominating him in the first two rounds before he gassed out and got KTFO. id rather see someone like werdum, who beat both bigfoot and roy nelson, both top 10 fighters get a shot. |

ranier wolfcastle - Cain got a rematch against the guy who steamrolled him by only winning one fight (against Bigfoot, who had just been KO'd in his last fight). At least Bigfoot beat guys coming off wins. |

Is Silva actually getting another shot at Cain. Silly silly silly. Cain will demolish him again.
They should have given Werdum the shot. At least he would have a modicum of a chance. Silva will get destroyed. |
