At the time I came up with this name, I was obsessed about stretching techniques. The whole reason I was obsessed about stretching technique was because I wanted to improve my blood circulation. I was also obsessed about reflexology for the same reason.  It is important aspect of your health because blood carries nutrients to your body, including your brain and heart.
 
If I tried to come up with SN when I was 15, I would probably have chosen  masturbation123.
